Edyta is a Senior Sports Therapist here at Knott Kinetics and has worked with us for over 6 years. Edyta has a passion for spinal health and offers a wide range of clinical services.

Victoria Smith, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Victoria Smith is a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist who works with us at Knott Kinetics offering affordable pain relieving joint injections to the local community. Victoria is the founder of Joint Inject and has worked as a Physiotherapist locally in the NHS and privately for 26 years, with eleven of these at clinical specialist level.

Luke is a Junior Sports Therapist and graduated from Solent University with a 2:1 in his Sports Therapy Degree. Luke has a clinical interest in spinal health and rehabilitation.

Emma Lowery (Pilates)

Emma has been teaching Pilates for a number of years at all abilities and believes everybody is unique and that each exercise will challenge a person in different ways.

Elly Roiz De Sa, Royal College of Podiatry Member

Elly graduated from The University of Southampton, with a First Class Honor's Degree (2015), having also received the Dean's List Award for Academic Achievement in both 2nd and 3rd years of study.

Elly has competed in various triathlons, including Iron Man, as well as endurance events. She has an interest in prevention and rehabilitation of lower limb injuries and in maintenance of mobility.

Nadia Khanam-Ali, registered Podiatrist

Nadia is an HCPC registered Podiatrist. She qualified in 2017 with a Bachelor hons degree in Podiatry from the University of Southampton. Nadia worked alongside Solent NHS Trust as a specialist Podiatrist looking after increased to high risk patients with complex medical history and foot disorders.

Nadia specialises in diabetes, routine chiropody, nail surgery, foot pain and wound care.

Julie Weston, Nutritionist

Julie is a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. Julie studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition qualifying in 2013. She has many years experience working with private clients and in the corporate world. Julie also often gives talks here at Knott Kinetics on things nutrition including the most up to date research.
