Regular exercise and movement is one of the most important things for us all to be doing throughout the day. It falls just behind eating, drinking and of course breathing! So why don’t we do more of it? No time? Too many emails? School run in the way? Enough excuses.
We all need to move more, and we can help with that. From yoga, to high intensity interval training, here at Knott Kinetics we are all about moving. So much so, we have installed a state of the art gym/rehabilitation suite to make this possible for you all.
Exercise isn't only necessary to keep us healthy physically, there is also a lot of evidence to suggest that psychologically we all have huge benefits from exercise. Social and group classes here at Knott Kinetics allows for this, so we can have fun as well as stay healthy, in mind and body!
Of course we haven’t forgotten that we are injury specialists, and the role that rehabilitation has to prevent re-injury! We now have dedicated upper and lower limb rehabilitation classes, as well as one to one sessions available in our clinic. However, dont forget to do your home exercise programmes... we will know if you haven’t done your homework!
