Pilates

Pilates is also a workout for the mind and a good way to relieve stress and tension.  We run regular Pilates classes here at Knott Kinetics from beginners through to advanced, there really is a class to suit everyone and all abilities. Take a proactive approach to your health and incorporate a Pilates class into your week, not only will it help you keep strong, fit and healthy, the classes are really good fun.
