Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your body, especially your core, increasing your overall fitness and wellbeing. It is a great exercise for people of all ages and abilities and can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and mobility. We run regular Pilates classes here at Knott Kinetics from beginners through to advanced, there really is a class to suit everyone and all abilities.
