Your Komplete Health membership will continue until terminated by you. Payment for Komplete Health will be on a rolling contract via direct debit on the day of sign up for the total of £19.99 (inc. VAT).
You must be fit and well to use the Komplete Health service and have provided the clinic with an up-to-date medical history via our online questionnaire service – if you do choose to sign up and participate with any of the videos and/or services with a pre-existing health condition which you haven’t disclosed to us or if you have any doubt then please contact us before commencing your membership.
Cancellation needs to be given in writing via email or written letter.
A full month’s notice is required for cancellation, if notice is given partway through the month, you will have access until your month finishes.
One person access per subscription, unless alternative arrangement agreed with our team.
You will be able to communicate via WhatsApp to allow to ask our specialists feedback and information relevant to any of the services listed within Komplete Health. We endeavour to respond within 24 hours of the message or content being received now.
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the Komplete Health service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
- The Komplete Health service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your Komplete Health membership we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Komplete Health service and view Komplete Health content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.
